1. Eat right
The right food will help your skin glow and remain healthy. Eat foods packed with antioxidants, like berries, apples and nuts. Antioxidants prevent cell damage and will help retain your skin’s natural elasticity.

2. Drink water
Drinking at least two litres of water a day will not only help rid your body of harmful toxins and impurities, it will also help to keep your skin blemish and pimple-free.

3. Stay out of the sun
The harmful rays of the sun are the leading cause of premature wrinkles and discolouration. Always wear sunscreen. Lots of facial products have sunscreen in them – look out for foundations and moisturisers that have a high SPF factor.
